These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bet789 platform, including the website at https://bet789.lol, all associated mobile experiences, games, betting markets, account services, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and bet789 ("bet789", "we", "us", "our").

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bet789 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account. bet789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

bet789 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where we determine that false or misleading information was provided at registration, where eligibility conditions are not met, or where account activity raises compliance, security, or responsible gaming concerns.

bet789 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may another person deposit funds into your account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. bet789 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. bet789 offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and reward programs to eligible members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply across all bet789 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only.
• Each member may claim a specific bonus only once. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts, household addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the bet789 Platform, including sports betting markets (cricket, PSL, and other sports) and casino games (slots, live dealer tables, and instant games):

• All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. bet789 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted under specific game or event rules.
• bet789 publishes odds in real time. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• bet789 reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in odds, lines, or game configurations has occurred. A palpable error is one where a reasonable person would immediately recognise the odds or terms as materially incorrect.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game provider's or sports data provider's official rules. bet789 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by product type, member tier, and event.
• bet789 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its sole discretion, including limits based on account history, activity patterns, or risk assessment.

All casino games on the bet789 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet789 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC verification process.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward other members or bet789 staff.

All content on the bet789 Platform — including but not limited to the bet789 brand name, logo, trade marks, service marks, software, website design, graphics, text, audio-visual materials, and game content — is the intellectual property of bet789 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or transmit any Platform content; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; commercially exploit any Platform content in any manner; or remove any copyright, trade mark, or proprietary rights notices from Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of bet789's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable laws. bet789 actively monitors for infringement and will pursue remedies available at law where violations are detected.

bet789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bet789's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bet789 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all products and services. We provide a suite of player protection tools that members can access directly from their account settings at any time, without the need to contact customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to restrict the amount they can fund their account within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set loss limits to cap the total amount they can lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts can be enabled to display time elapsed and net session results during play.

In the event of account termination by bet789 for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited where it is reasonably determined that the balance was accrued through prohibited conduct.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant event or game outcome. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

In any dispute, the records held in the bet789 system shall be considered authoritative unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated. The burden of proof for demonstrating a system error rests with the member raising the dispute.

Language: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
